How and to which extent does PHE integrate with its respective region/s, how does it contribute to its/their development. The emphasis should focus on systemic approach to the identification and definition of relevant region(s) and/or community(ies) the PHE institution and/or programme(s) serves, systemic approach to understanding its/their needs, communication and addressing those needs in the most effective and efficient way which brings benefits to both the region/community and the PHE institution, its academic community including students and contributes to the position and perception of the PHE institution.
