Social competences are important for future personal and professional life. They are elaborated in cooperation with students, (members of Student QA Teams.) The consultations are led in focus groups. The objective is to optimise the set of social competences practiced during the classes.

There is no need for any special resources. It is only an organizational question - active involvement of students in determination of learning outcomes
The main enabling factor is the involvement of students; they have to be interested in co-creating study programs and influencing teaching and learning process. It also demands that academic teachers treat students as full-fledged partners in curriculum design.
It is good practice as it gives the students the possibility to influence the range of social skills practiced during the classes and makes it possible to have the first hand opinion from those who know what they need to learn. Students concentrate more on their future work, anticipate skills they may need, better understand the importance of transversal skills, in particular responsibility and autonomy, in their future professional life.
