In this example, we want to develop a case for student practice as the basis for learning to gain the proper skills that the student will target as a person after graduation. So far, practice has been mandatory for the third year of the 160-hour study. (Summer semester). But, considering the realistic situation, we consider that we could add student practice to the second year of study. Practice would be selected in the winter semester and would also be mandatory for each student. Likewise, a diary of students' practice is stored in their records so records of practice are always available. Without a practice diary, practice should not be included in the index. Students should not practice twice in the same place.
In order to develop the practice and to develop the practice more effectively than now, we believe that the person in charge of student practice should properly address the student, give him advice on how to choose an appropriate area for practicing. It is not important to find only a place that a student accepts for practice but also to consider the appropriate placement for practice. At the beginning of the academic year, when lectures go slowly, lectures are held that keep people from the business world. They provide students with examples of how they can do the job search and how to convince the employer to take them to practice.
I think we have chosen the right case for development. Of course, each University has its own set of professional practices, but it is useful to develop and expand the experience with other institutions. Sometimes the knowledge gained is based on theory, so the practical practice of students is a practical part where the student shows their skills. We believe that introducing of two mandatory professional practices will also encourage students to work on skills development to become competitive after graduation.
