The rector of EASS weekly participates in the consultations with the Minister of the Interior, where the heads of agencies are also included. Everybody has to give a short overview of news and next week or long term future plans of their institution. It is good way to communicate and be in the same field of information. It is also useful to get to know each other personally (specially if there is somebody new, including the Minister) to have better cooperation oppertunities in the future. Consultations are also good time to introduce our successes stories. The case has deep connection with the case "Development plan" - development plans of EASS and partner agencies follow the Internal Security Development Plan 2015-2020 (ISDP) and are under consideration in consultations.
The director of rescue college and participates in the working group responsible for the develompent of occupational qualifications. The occupational qualifications are the bases of curricula and thatsway the content and learning outcomes of them is very important to EASS. Director of rescue college is also head of curricula and undersands learning process, opportunities to teach and learn, and gives a good advise to the working group.

Please consider that a best practice must (a) have a clearly defined objective to increase the connection with the World of Work, (b) address the target groups of the project, (c) be replicable and sustainable, (d) have clearly demonstrated evidence of effectiveness in increasing the connection with the World of Work

Estonia is small and the field on internal security is quite narrow and includes few people. it is very important to bring represtatives of internal security regulary and often around the table to be in the same field on information. Rector on EASS represents the field on education and this is nice example how academy and WoW are in deep connection.
The consultations with minister are tradidtional and will continue even the Minister changes.
Working group for the develompent of occupational qualifications is also sustainable and keeps working because qualifications need to reviewed in every 3-5 years.
