Explanation of the Criterion
The learning outcomes reflect essential knowledge, skills and attitudes related to the specific professional requirements, how do they take into account other roles of higher education in personal and civic development, as well as a broader context for graduates’ acting within the society and profession. Students acquire professional and life skills which enable them to act successfully in an innovative and self-organised way in a changing work environment. The involvement of students in research, development and innovation activities lead them to better professional practice. The focus should be placed not only on formulation of learning outcomes for the study programmes, but also on their correspondence with the institution’s mission, policies and coherence of their translation throughout the curricula.
