By that manner it develops a cooperation between the business and education sector, which results in the advancement of current programs and the development of new ones. Then, we have a situation where both sides exploit the maximum of their capabilities. Institutions receive highly valued expertise from practitioners and provide practice to their students. Organizations receive students who can be evaluated as potential employees through time.
